QSC: Management Board team now complete
Cologne, 5 January 2016 – With the arrival of Felix Höger, QSC’s Management Board under the leadership of Jürgen Hermann is now complete. Stefan A. Baustert took up his new position as Management Board member for Finance and Human Resources in January 2015 and was joined in August by Udo Faulhaber as Management Board member for Sales and Consulting. Since 1 January 2016, Felix Höger has now completed the management quartet as Management Board member for Technology and Operations.
With Stefan A. Baustert, an extremely experienced chief financial officer (CFO) has been in place at the Company for a year now. Under his management, QSC has since February 2015 already successfully implemented a cost-cutting programme set by the end of 2016.
Udo Faulhaber, a former Management Board member at cloud service provider Pironet NDH AG, is consistently aligning the Company’s sales organisation to the growing demand for cloud-based services. With its new and comprehensive portfolio of cloud and ICT services focusing on upmarket German SME players, QSC will in future offer all IT and TC products and services rapidly, flexibly and in line with its customers’ requirements.
Felix Höger now on board
With Felix Höger, founder and former CEO of Pironet NDH AG, a proven industry expert has now come on board. His primary task will be to turn new cloud technologies into real customer benefits and with the Pure Enterprise Cloud to develop an extensive cloud service portfolio that enjoys great market acceptance and offers a high degree of added value. At the same time, he will press ahead with the automation and industrialised provision of all IT services at QSC and thus ensure secure, stable and efficient operations.
