A workflow is a chain of individual steps. Each step does exactly one thing: accept an order, assign the items, create the order, and send a confirmation. This way, an incoming order enters the system without manual intervention. Where approval is required, a human checks the order. From the initial trigger to the final result, only seconds elapse, and every step remains traceable.

One step in this chain is an AI agent. It reads the free text of the order, independently scans the product catalog, and assigns each item to the correct product. The setup remains unchanged for you: the AI is one component in the chain, not a separate system. In q.beyond's data centers in Germany. The data never leaves Germany. In contrast, many public cloud services belong to US companies and are therefore subject to US law, even if individual servers are located in the EU. Under the US CLOUD Act, US authorities can compel these providers to hand over data. When operating in our German data centers, only German and European law applies.
The customer provides an n8n license suitable for the agreed usage scenario. The required edition depends on the functionality and licensing terms of n8n. We will assist you in selecting the appropriate edition. n8n licenses are not included in the q.beyond service.
