Thies Rixen has been CEO of q.beyond AG since April 2023. In this role, he is responsible for shaping the Group’s strategy, with a focus on deploying innovative technologies, dovetailing these with in-depth sector expertise, and internationalising the business. His aim is to strengthen q.beyond as a leading IT service provider and consistently align the company towards profitable growth.

As COO, he was previously responsible for sales and stable IT operations. Upon joining q.beyond in 2019, he turned its cloud business into a key growth driver.

A graduate in business administration, he contributes extensive management and IT expertise gained in senior positions at IT service companies and payment providers.

Nora Wolters has been Chief Financial Officer of q.beyond AG since the beginning of 2023. An experienced manager, she has held various c-level management positions in her career to date, most recently as Commercial Director of Verkehrsbetriebe Hamburg-Holstein until the end of 2022. As a results-driven and decisive financial expert, Nora Wolters can draw on extensive experience in topics such as digitalisation, process optimisation and change management. At q.beyond, she is responsible for areas including Finance, People & Culture, Legal and Investor Relations.

Torsten Beyer joined q.beyond as Head of Sales & Service Management in 2020, has been a member of the Management Team since 2023 and is responsible for Sales. A sales professional with a long track record of management and IT expertise, Torsten Beyer has all-round expertise in the wide variety of needs companies have in terms of digitalisation. Previous positions include managing director of a company with more than 800 employees and double-digit revenue growth.

Sönke Eschke has far-reaching IT operations expertise and extensive management experience. At q.beyond, he has headed areas including Cloud Services and been responsible for key measures aimed at optimising both operations and business management. A graduate in engineering, he also played a crucial role in successfully establishing q.beyond’s first nearshoring location in Riga/Latvia. Before joining q.beyonds’s management in October 2023, Sönke Eschke was Managing Director of q.beyond Cloud Solutions GmbH.

Alexander Hartmann joined the management at q.beyond AG at the beginning of 2023. In his career to date, this results-focused manager has held management positions at various companies, most recently at optm GmbH. A well-versed expert in digitalisation, Alexander Hartmann has in-depth experience in topics including consulting, process optimisation and change management. At q.beyond, he is responsible for the Consulting business field.
