Among the top topics of the current study for the German market, AI innovations at Microsoft stand out: According to the ISG study, generative AI and Microsoft's new AI assistant Copilot represent a turning point, as they enable new opportunities for innovative solutions and fundamentally change the Microsoft ecosystem – including through the AI-based development of zero-trust security architectures.
According to the study, the requirements for Microsoft solutions are remarkably diverse, particularly in German SMEs. These include the implementation of new services, the automation of cloud operations, and the targeted Optimisation of expenditures – one key term here being FinOps.
