ISG market study sees QSC AG as “Leader” in cloud services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)

Cologne, 15 November 2018 – In this year’s “Cloud Transformation, Operation Services & XaaS” study, the market researcher and consultancy ISG has singled out QSC AG in two categories: As a “Leader”, QSC is now among the market leaders in the provision of cloud-based infrastructure services to German SMEs. Furthermore, the market researchers designated QSC as a “Rising Star” in the industry when it comes to supporting medium-sized business customers in getting started in the cloud with a range of advisory and migration services. This title is awarded to the player with the greatest development potential in a category. As a managed multi-cloud provider, QSC has thus advanced right away into the group of challengers offering above-average services.

Consistent development into SME cloud specialists

This is now the seventh consecutive year in which ISG has spotlighted the cloud services offered by QSC AG and the fifth time the Company has been awarded “Leader” status for its cloud-based infrastructure services. “QSC’s fast-growing, technically experienced team has a profound understanding of future cloud trends, including sector-specific processes in the SME segment”, commented the lead authors of the study, Heiko Henkes, Oliver Nickels and Douglas Pollei, in acknowledgement of QSC’s consistent development. “These awards endorse our strategy. We are consistently building on scalable cloud-based IT solutions that also meet the expectations of our SME customers in terms of individuality”, comments Jürgen Hermann, CEO of QSC AG.

Forward-looking offering for multi-cloud strategies

The analysts at ISG see the same promising developments in the field of cloud transformation consulting and migration for the SME segment. “QSC is pursuing a strong course and has therefore been identified as a Rising Star for 2019. QSC can offer experienced consultants for public and multi-cloud environments and draws on all types of new channel along the digital customer journey”, comment the authors of the study in explaining their choice.

“QSC focuses on the analysis, migration and operation of IT landscapes and business processes at its customers, as well as on linking these to public cloud architectures. The service provider maintains strong partnerships with AWS and Microsoft and has also recently added Google to its roadmap”, remark Henkes, Nickels and Pollei by way of summary. “We see ourselves as digitisers to the SME segment. In this capacity, we aim to support our customers with a full range of services covering all stages of their digital transformation”, concludes QSC’s CEO Hermann.
