The project
CoreMedia 's move to new office space necessitated a swift solution to migrate its IT infrastructure, previously hosted on its own premises, to a professional data center. A key requirement was finding a local partner to ensure uninterrupted access to the servers. The q.beyond team successfully planned and executed a complete migration of CoreMedia's IT landscape to its own high-security data center within ten weeks. Direct and immediate communication between the client and the q.beyond data center team allows for seamless coordination. q.beyond also manages access control for the CoreMedia racks. By structuring the infrastructure across two fire compartments, the risk of platform downtime during the move was minimized.
