About Harry Bread
Harry-Brot GmbH is the market leader in Germany for bread and baked goods. The company has been baking since 1688, now in its tenth generation. With 4,790 employees, Harry produces at 10 locations in Germany and operates nearly 40 logistics centers. From these locations, more than 11,500 retail stores are supplied daily via Harry's own fresh delivery service. With over 850 scheduled routes, Harry delivers quality and freshness to supermarket shelves every day.
The project
The q.beyond team modernized Harry-Brot's entire IT process landscape for planning, production, sales, and logistics based on SAP ERP and SAP APO. This involved completely replacing the old application systems, which could no longer be maintained, while operations continued uninterrupted. As a result, Harry-Brot has achieved greater efficiency and productivity in manufacturing and supplying its customers, and can consistently pursue its growth plans thanks to this new level of performance.
