The project
The Serviceplan Group wanted to replace its old intranet, primarily edited in Germany and based on a CMS. The primary goals were Internationalisation , cross-site information exchange, centralization, and interaction. Convinced by the creativity and quality of the offering, as well as the competence and experience in similar projects, the Serviceplan Group found the right partner in q.beyond. After the launch in 2022, specialists from both sides began working together to develop implementation concepts and test them directly within the tenant. The intranet prototype grew steadily in terms of content and functionality and was launched for productive use in April 2023 for an initial 2,000 employees in Germany. The first wave of the international rollout took place in July 2023 after further adjustments. With weNET, a new digital home for all Serviceplan Group employees was created, one that is and will remain state-of-the-art. Through the skillful and extensive use of standard features and tools of Microsoft 365, the balancing act between individual requirements, the desire for easy adaptability, and ensuring future viability and user-friendliness was successfully mastered.
