Optimisation customer service processes through AI-supported analysis – result of a business analysis workshop
A medium-sized service company conducted a business analysis workshop with us for data-driven businessoptimisation . The goal was to gain transparency into existing customer service processes and to uncover potential for increasing efficiency and reducing costs .
During the workshop, the existing processes and data sources used were first systematically analyzed. This revealed that while customer service experienced a high interaction frequency, many inquiries were processed multiple times, and manual processing steps were wasting time.
Through the structured identification and prioritisation of Optimisationpotentials , it quickly became clear that there was considerable potential for improvement, particularly in the initial processing of standard requests.
Based on these findings, the team developed concrete measures:
