"This is the first time I've been directly employed in the HR department, allowing me to fully concentrate on developing relevant company topics."
Open to new trends
If I could take on a different job for a day, I'd love to see the Earth from space as an astronaut on the ISS. I simply like to have everything in view – also in my new role as P-Master Culture & Organisation at q.beyond.
Since July 1, 2025, I have been working directly in the HR department for the first time and can fully concentrate on developing relevant company topics.
As part of the introduction of new, agile leadership structures in the People area, my team and I are leading content-related key topics related to collaboration, learning and leadership.
My creativity is used in this process, as is my openness to new trends and developments.
"The decision to join q.beyond was easy for me. Here I can optimally contribute my six years of experience as a Scrum Master and agile coach."
Due to the lockdown in spring 2020, my application process was entirely online. Once it was decided that I'd gotten the job, my team called me personally via video call, celebrated with me, and gave me a virtual tour. My first real day at work also happened to be my birthday. So I celebrated my arrival with vegan chocolate cake, a small gift, and a decorated desk. I thought that was incredibly thoughtful and was truly blown away. I quickly got to know the other colleagues, who had been working from home until then, during a virtual coffee break.
From virtual onboarding to your real home port
My application process took place entirely online during the lockdown in spring 2020. When it was confirmed that I had the job, my team called me personally via video call – with cheers, a virtual tour, and lots of warmth. My first real day at work fell on my birthday: I was welcomed with vegan chocolate cake, a small gift, and a decorated desk. That was incredibly thoughtful – I was truly overwhelmed. I met the rest of my colleagues during a virtual coffee break.
Advantages I wouldn't want to miss anymore
Besides the unique collaboration with my colleagues, I'm particularly enthusiastic about the variety and diversity of the job. It feels like I'm working on completely new topics every eight months – because so much is constantly evolving and changing. I really enjoy that. I also appreciate the company bike scheme, the services offered by the Fürstenberg Institute, and Q-Health. This is a real help, especially with preventative health checkups, which are often no longer fully covered by health insurance. I also find the annual flu shots available right on the premises incredibly convenient.
My responsibilities as P-Master clearly demonstrate that q.beyond wants to make a difference.
