You possess strong communication skills, technical and logical thinking abilities, and an affinity for IT. SAP technology fascinates you, and you can easily envision yourself acting as an "interpreter" between technology and customers. At the same time, you'd also appreciate some insights into business processes. If this sounds like you, then apply for our in-house SAP trainee program.
The program is divided into various practical and theoretical phases. You will, of course, gain practical experience through on-the-job training. Here you can expect exciting customer projects and challenging tasks in application support. At the same time, internal and external training courses will equip you with SAP-specific know-how for your daily work as an SAP consultant at q.beyond AG.
As an SAP trainee, you'll start in the dedicated 'SAP Trainees' team. During the first three months, you'll learn about SAP across its entire process spectrum and complete a project independently with all the other trainees. Afterwards, you'll work in one of our SAP Competence Centers and be assigned to a permanent team. The program lasts one year and is offered at q.beyond locations in Hamburg, Leipzig, and Oberhausen.
